Update from a Satisfied Customer. This is a revision of an earlier post regarding the service I received from Rockstar. After some miscommunication and issues with my repair I can say that the lead tech Ramzy and the owner made it a point to resolve my concerns and get my laptop up and running. I understand that mistakes happen but I can say that the strength of this business is that they follow up and make it a point to put the effort in to look out for you. The owner was very straightforward, helpful and made sure I to address my concerns very promptly. Rockstar is willing to go the extra mile and follow through.
