Had them fix my Surface Pro 3 broken screen and in the end, was very happy with their service. Had an issue with the repair but they had no problem warranting their work. Called around to other businesses and found they are honest with their pricing. While I was not in a hurry and wanted the job done right, I got updates on the progress when I requested it.
