Went in for a diagnostic on my laptop and Jeffrey, the owner, was super pleasant and helpful. I had previously gone to Best Buy but walked away after finding out they charge $99 for a diagnostic test and said it would be 2 days before I got my laptop back. I googled computer repair places near me and CPR showed up. After reading reviews I decided to chance it and am glad I did! I highly recommend and Jeffrey will have my business going forward!
