Excellent service! Emily, the customer service rep is a sweetheart and very professional! The technician, Ben, who worked on my phone did an excellent job replacing my screen and even went above and beyond to get my phone out of what he called a boot loop which was not what I brought it in for in the first place. They were very helpful in answering questions that I had and giving suggestions as how to better care for my precious phone! I was also able to purchase a nicely priced computer for my grandmother which she is so happy with. Thank you CPR! I will definitely return for any computer or phone service!
