rent an unit for about one year, always paid a month in advance. A month after the termintate date, refund was not paid. contacted the staff and was informed to wait for a week. but a day after that, she call me to say that the process is missing. I have to provide bank detail again. I did so, then she keep saying that she has received no email even i do not see and bounce back . i have sent via mobile msg but then no confirmation reply to me. not sure what is going now. Behavior of the staff is unprofessional and not helpful. I regret to use the service for that long. Kind regards,
