Very disappointed from General Manager Sam Cavazos to the Used Car Sales Manager Shane. Trying to buy a used vehicle and added $2495 for tint, paint and seats warranty which I didn't want to buy but Shane could not take it off from the added price of the vehicle. Left messages for Mr. Cavazos didn't return my call. Finally I had to call corporate and he call me back after three days. The vehicle I was trying to buy was already in the process of getting sold. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. The vehicle was already sold that day Mr. Cavazos called. Would not recommend going back at all. I even drove 50 miles to make a purchase...
