I recently went in to test drive a car and inquire about a lease. I was greeted outside by a sales advisor named Todd who helped me identify the car that would best suit my needs and preferences. He provided thorough information about the vehicles I was considering and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He also followed up with me the next day. I returned a couple of days later and decided on a Cross Trek. Todd stayed involved throughout the whole process providing exceptional customer service, start to finish.
