The Manager Steven, and Brett who work in the office were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond with helping me. They showed me all of the fire safety measures they have in place and assured me they have a back-to-base alarm for security and fire. It’s a new facility so clean and lovely with a big lift, new trolleys, and brand new units so I was able to choose which size and even location suited me best. They were also incredibly wonderfully patient with me while I went over the contract with a fine tooth comb!! Their customer service was outstanding and as I was moving from a competitor after an incident last year (fire) they made such a difference to my emotional move with my salvageable items. Thank you so much Steven and Brett!
