Made an effort to make sure I was pleased before I left. Fletcher M - The staff was friendly and very helpful. They worked diligently to rectify my problem since I did not know why my teen daughter's phone was not working. They tried multiple things to resurrect the device but found that there was extensive water damage and it could not be repaired. Even though they were not able to fix the phone, their efforts were greatly appreciated. At least now we know what the problem is and my daughter can start saving for her new phone. Establishing CPR was a brilliant idea. There was not a place for repairing a phone and the phone co. only wanted to sell them! CPR had parts on hand and started on the phone immediately. I loved it!!
