Very friendly and professional staff. I brought in an iphone 4 with a cracked screen and they fixed it no problem and within 24 hours. I also brought in an iphone 5 that crashed during an iOS update. Although they weren't able to fix it (which was expected due to the nature of the problem), I really feel like they tried since they had several different individuals work on the phone to see what they could do. Even after spending the time to try and fix the phone, there was no charge since it was not fixable. Hopefully I don't have to go back... (knock on wood), but I would if I had to ;) I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
