Our first time buying a manufactured home and I have to rave on Kim, our saleslady, and Tammy, who helped us close on the deal at Palm Harbor Homes in Roundrock, Texas. Kim went over and above in helping us find the home we were looking for and even drove an hour away to check it out and send pictures to us to make sure we liked the home. She was very courteous and knowledgeable and took notes on exactly what we were looking for. Tammy made closing the deal a breeze and also was very courteous and knowledgeable and has continued to promptly respond to any questions or concerns we have had. I would definitely want to work with them again in the future if we decide to buy another home.
