After going around in circles with Verizon and an insurance claim through Asurion (broken screen made the phone not usable, was not able to turn find my iPhone off or power down) I brought it in to Jeff at Metro Detroit Phone Repair. He was able to replace my screen in 40 minutes and it works perfectly. Saved me a huge headache! I would highly recommend Jeff if you have a broken screen.
