Couldn't fix the problem, but paid nothing. I came to get my phone's aux port fixed (which never worked in the first place). They said either they could clean it out for free, or replace a piece of hardware that would cost about $60. Cleaning it didn't work, so they ordered the replacement piece and called me a few days later for me to visit again. They spent almost 2 hours replacing it (after telling me it would take about an hour). I was going to knock their review down 1 or 2 stars, until they told me that they would charge me nothing since they could not fix it, even though they ordered the part and spent hours on labor. I'm disappointed that it couldn't be fixed; apparently it was likely a motherboard issue, which would mean I would have to have the whole phone replaced. However, I am deeply impressed with their integrity to charge nothing unless they actually fix your phone.
