How do I start!! On Sunday Jan 31-my old 1999 Nissan Maxima’s water pump went out on me at 5am. Around 10am I noticed an email from JD that he sent me a few weeks back. JD (Internet Sales manager) had mentioned in via email, that I was approved for a new car. Obviously because my car was over 20+ years old I wasn’t interested in repairing the Nissans water pump or any other problem that could be. I then reached out to JD regarding the email, he politely and respectfully told me that the email was legit and he can promised me a better car. Jd took my concerns seriously about monthly payments and credit building programs. After sitting down with JD for some time I was approved a better car. JD introduced me to Sam ( Finesse Manager) and Brian (General Manager). After meeting with them, I sign my paperwork, handed in documents and left with a 2016 Chevy Trax with less than 50k miles. Talk about new car. Thank you again JD, Sam, and Brian. If any one need a new car ask from JD!!!!!! Satisfied Customer :Harold J
