I went into the busy Balmain store this week and found Tony run off his feet. When I arrived, he was on the street guiding a novice truck driver into the driveway, before jumping in the forklift to unload the pallet delivery quickly & neatly. The driveway is on a busy intersection, is very busy and street parking is almost non existent. He always does a superb job of juggling truck movements to prevent accidents. I was happy to wait the 15 minutes it took to be served, as he is always delightful to deal with, however this guy could do with an extra hand in the office.
