My wife and I are extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Storage King, Thomastown. The Store Manager, Shannon was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in catering for our storage needs. We were unsure of the amount of space we required for our household goods. However, Shannon’s expertise and experience played a pivotal role in her asking all the right questions to gain insight to our needs. She went above and beyond in helping us. She showed us many different units that matched our requirements and helped picked one most suitable for us. I would highly remedy her to anybody requiring storage, you are bound to get great customer service. Thanks again Shannon.
