I had a total hip replacement in early June, 2021. My doctor wanted me to go to Physical Therapy after the operation to develop the muscles and the the surrounding tissue and other components. I was operated on a Tuesday afternoon. I left the hospital on Wednesday and went to the Physical Therapist on Friday Morning. As it turned out, I arrived at the selected Therapy practice, PHYSICAL THERAPY SPECIALISTS, using a much needed walker on June 18th. I was treated by Mark MacGregor and his staff three times per week for three weeks plus two days. Their expertise was unparalleled and professional. After needing a rolling walker initially to get into the practice, I left during the second week of treatment using only a cane. The following week I was so improved physically and confidence wise that I did not use any aid to walk. On Tuesday, July 13th, I visited my surgeon. He was so very impressed with my progress that he remarked about the quick recovery and released me to perform any activities that I feel comfortable performing.I am totally satisfied with PTS and know that my current status and progress can totally be attributed to therapy, and in this case the skills, exercises and equipment utilized by PTS.
