I took my daughters phone In to have the screen replaced at the Norfolk location today. I dropped it off and Jesse and the two other gentleman were very helpful. The screen was broken and needed to be replaced. They replaced it and also recommended a screen protector. I could have paid less and ordered the protector online however their professionalism was was worth the extra expense with the warranty backing. I picked it up and it worked flawlessly. I then left and got home and the screen seemed to not work properly. I contacted Jesse at the store and he asked me to bring it back and they would check into it. Long story short he looked at it and within a few minutes we were back in proper working order! Top notch team. Great service! As a local small business owner I highly recommend their services.
