The person I sat with the go over my financial information was excellent. He was friendly and competent. However the experience overall was awful. I went here because my credit is not the best and I was pre-approved with Capital One. I figured with this dealership having 19 locations they could find a car for me. My biggest gripe with this place is that it is absolutely filthy. They don't offer coffee or water or even have a vending machine for to self-pay for drinks and snacks. I also did not like listening to one of the salesmen complain to the manager right in front of me about a lost sale. His aggressive tone made me uncomfortable in general. Not a single person in there smiles and that sure didn't make me want to smile. As far as a vehicle, they put me in a disgusting 2017 Hyundai Accent with 60,000+ miles on it. The seats were dirty and it vibrated while I was driving it. I get less than stellar credit can limit options but at least clean the vehicles! Furthermore, they were not respectful to my budget at all - offering me things way too expensive than what I originally said I wanted to spend. Because of this place, I actually intend to NEVER give an amount that I want to make for a monthly payment again because that's exactly how they screw you. I also regretted not bringing my boyfriend with me because this is the type of place where you have to bring a man. It's a terrible stereotype but it's true, some places just are predatory towards women and will do anything to screw them over. I ended up going to a different dealership that works with Capital One and I got a 2019 Nissan Sentra with only 4000 miles on it, well within my budget. I would not recommend going here unless you absolutely have no other options. Maybe the sales people should stop being such jerks in front of customers and the place would be slightly more inviting!
