Tiffany Hall Nursing & Rehab Center

For those thinking of joining the Tiffany Hall workplace, please read my experiance below. You will think otherwise. I quit on the spot, please read before you make the same mistake I did joining the team and how their administration treats their employees: I wish I could say there were positive aspects of working at Tiffany Hall. There are none. If you are looking for a work place family, or a place to settle roots, I suggest you look elsewhere, especially the admissions department. The administrator is a major micro manager, along with the “regional director of admissions” who will send you horriable emails at the end of the day if their 2-star facility doesn’t have any admissions. Also, they expect you to NEVER have any time off, be available every day every hour on the weekend with NO extra pay or incentives. Also, if you have a family emergency, they are completely rude about it. Also, the HR director does not play fair and immediately takes the administrators side, extremely bias. I urge anyone to work for ANY other facility then this one. Do your research, see what others have to say about this horriable facility and horriable management. This administrator does not care about her team, or even her residents. She only cares about the money and trying to keep her two star facility afloat.
