Where do I start? This was an amazing experience. I found a vehicle on their website I was interested in, Robert returned my call right away and answered all my questions. I was skeptical at first because of my experiences with other car dealerships in the past. I live in Howell and brought along my young adult daughter so she could learn about what's involved with purchasing a vehicle. I was so happy that we had Ellie (the manager) and Robert. It was a relaxed vibe from the start, NO PRESSURE! All the employees are friendly. We had a test drive and I decided to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork was done quickly. They are honest and really caring good people, Ellie even bought my plate for me which was such a nice thing to do. I will be recommending them to everyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle. If you go there you will not be disappointed, I know I wasn't!
