Shannon from Thomastown is an excellent Store Manager! She was very communicative and great at problem solving. I rented a unit for 18 months and had a few small issues along the way. She was super quick to get onto things and sort it out. Even after vacating my unit she called me personally for feedback and I felt she really listened to me. Moving and storing belongings can be incredibly stressful and I felt every time I spoke to Shannon she was very calm and accommodating.
