We are new to Australia and Melbourne. After some research we opted for Storage King. This was due to the competitive price and professionalism of our contact, Lee. They have many locations. We settled on the Heidelberg West location. It has everything you would want for a storage space. It is secure and well monitored. Very clean and organised, easily accessible for truck and car access and easy parking. And it is in a neighbourhood are and less busy. We specifically worked with Tyler R., the Store Manager. All of my interactions with Tyler were excellent. He went out of his way to support our move. He accommodated our need for an immediate storage space even though they were essentially full. He was able to clean the one large unit out and prepare it in a matter of 3 days for our move right after New Year. They have all the supplies one needs at a reasonable price. The best part was that we were able to use the Storage King van with no hassle. Tyler stayed later to accomodate our needs and was 100% professional. Thanks Tyler!
