I have also had some bad experiences here due to the unprofessional way they handle business matters. Also, cleanliness...if you're going to build an all-white salon (esp the seats), keep it white!  Well I made an apt for a blowout with the owner and when I got there, his wife who was working the front desk, told me that I never made an appointment with him, but they had me scheduled with someone else. I knew this wasn't true, as I specifically requested him, that's why I was booked at that particular time. But It was obvious they were busy, overbooked, and he was working on another person. So instead, they had two other people blow dry my head at the same time (gave me a headache). Also, I did grab a look at his daily schedule and my name was on there, proving I had been lied to. Just a really sneaky way of conducting business and based on these reviews, it seems like everyone can also say something very similar.
