Moxie - Montvale

My experience at Moxie Montvale was not great. I had an 8am appointment yesterday to get my hair blown out before my daughters baptism. The stylist scheduled to help me arrived AN HOUR LATE. They had me sit there for the first 35 minutes and then the receptionist was nice enough to start washing my hair. But then after that i sat again, with wet hair, unbrushed, waiting for my stylist. There was another person up at the front who refused to get me started because she was waiting on another client but I waited over a total of 45 minutes while other stylists refused to help me out. I didn’t walk out of there until 9:30 for a quick service that was scheduled to start at 8am. I demanded compensation so they look 15 dollars off my service but overall experience was stressful on a morning that was suppose to be stress free. I booked an appointment to a stress, not add to it. Stylist did a great job at the end of the day but experience was awful. I will not be going back.
