I wish I could give zero stars for Tristan and Neil but I have to give at least one but please know this is way to good of a rating for this dealership. My best friend bought a vehicle from this dealership and at first she and I had a great experience but when she went back to them to inquire about another vehicle she was treated horribly. She was told that the vehicle she purchased a week prior had depreciated $10,000 even with the $700 professional tint job she added to the vechile. She was told that if she wanted to purchase the new vechile the total including the trade in would end up costing her $3000 more than the sticker price they had on the vehicle which was also $14000 over the blue book value. Make sure you check the KBB value of the vehicle before you purchase anything from them. Make sure that you check the paper work that you sign. They try an change numbers on you with out you knowing. For example, she had a credit on her license plate so they took the credit off but then jacked the selling price up to cover that amount they just credited to her. Then they all of a sudden could not find the original paperwork that had the original asking price on it. Be proactive and stand your ground with them if you absolutely have to buy a car from them but to be safe just don't buy one from them at all. That would be your best bet.
