Very bad experience. The stylist was in a very bad mood and kept pulling my hair. Her staff members even tried to cheer her up and she said she is not in mood of a concert at 10:30 am. I went for a blowout for volume and style and my hair were straight after blowout was complete. she kept my chair turned the other side so i could not even see what she was doing. After she was done i told her i need more volume so she did try again but not much difference. There was no style at all. it was just BLOW DRIED. nail in the coffin was she took the serum at the end and applied to my roots where i part and there you go i have flat oily hair. Front staff was no less. I had appointment for me and my daughter and i could not bring my daughter as she was still sleeping. I apologized for it when I came. She still seemed upset the way she was talking to me and at checkout she reminded me again about it. I came back home and called the salon to talk to the owner as she was the one who helped me make appointment and was super nice and friendly. Same front staff picked up the phone and when I asked her if she could please make a not for owner to call me when she is back, she refused and asked me that i can call back during mid week. Overall bad experience and feel very disappointed as i had to come home and wash my hair again and blow dry to style. wasted my 36.99. Please find another place if you are looking for blow dry that really styles your hair. I was very specific in making appointment that i need wash and style.
