ZERO RATING- The OWNER Lisa makes it this an awful place to go. She's rude, unfriendly, nasty, insensitive and just so money hungry. She's literally a straight out thief! She charges you for every little thing...if your hair runs over just 5 minutes from a 30 minute blowout she charges you like $10 extra! If a flat iron was used to smooth out a few little fly aways around your face frame...that's an extra $10. Or if a curling iron was used as a finisher on your ends to give it that complete finish...that's extra as well. She never takes into account sometimes having to wait to be called because they're running a little behind. She should use her own concept idea of discounting a few bucks for the appointment not being at the exact time you scheduled it for and having to wait. Oh and if you schedule with a specific stylist, she takes it upon herself to switch stylists and not even give you a courtesy call for an option if that's who you want. She also doesn't honor any coupons or discounts. It's a good thing she's closing down or maybe they're evicting her. She needs to take her bitterness with her. She's just a miserable human being. It's her word against yours all the time and she's a liar on top of it! The girls there are great, but they're constantly apologizing to the customers for her mistakes, selfishness and lack of consideration. She truly does NOT have any sort of professionalism. Good riddance...I'm glad it didn't work out for her! HORRIBLE! Don't even bother going and if she ever has the nerve and audacity to open anything else up that involves customers....STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HER!
