How come every time I walk into this place, they are always trying to pitch something. Happened to my mom my friends and me. There is a reason everyone was 1 and done with this place. I walk in and for 30 minutes, the guy isn't even listening to what I want for a cut, he just immediately starts a sales pitch to do 500 other services/treatments to try and grab as much money as possible. For mens, he is not a good stylist at all I honest don't know if he know how to cut hair correctly. The only place I've ever been in my life that doesn't cut your hair even remotely close to how you want it (as a guy). And he just doesn't cut, always having to tell him to cut more or do this. Why am I the one guiding you through the entire hair cut when I give you exactly what you need through my words, reference photos and videos multiple times throughout the process. He even started to style my hair slick back when i the whole point of my cut was to keep the style I walked in with on the top with a few adjustments. How do you forget that badly when we structured the cut around that very point? Women say he is ok but not the best. Prices are outrageous. Very unprofessional. Never on time, pushing appointments back frequently. Hours sometimes. There are times they are working in multiple people's hair at once which is just outrageous. Went in twice and it was the same experience both times. Tried to give it a second try, bad idea. Never going back,
