I will never come here again. I specified that I wanted a trim and said less than 2 inches and the woman took AT LEAST 4. I could've cried. She gave me layers but it looks so choppy I'm so sad this was THE WORST hair experience I've ever had, I left there traumatized. Also for $89. I could've just cut my hair myself and done a better job w zero hair experience. Wish I looked at the reviews earlier bc it looks like some one else had the same experience.
