The customer service is unacceptable and incompetent. Todd with sales did not provide a buyer's order after accepting the hold payment. Todd and the business team took more than 3 hours to provide documentation to my bank after calling/texting too many times. The business manager tried to show the car to other potential buyers, even though I paid the hold fee. The finance manager had the incorrect mileage on the official documents. Bought one aftermarket item and scheduled for installation a week later. Todd and the service department could not align on the schedule time of 8:00 AM. The service department showed 9:00 AM as the start time and did not start on the vehicle until 8:50 AM. Thus, they did not honor the start time. The service department did not have the parts in inventory; although, they were purchased a week prior and did not show the inspection on the service ticket; although, it was supposed to be completed prior to sale. Gillman Subaru disappointed and demonstrated gross ineptness. I will not have my vehicle serviced at Gillman Subaru. I will not recommend Gillman Subaru to anyone and will provide poor ratings on social media.
