My 6s plus was broken completely and had no power. I took it to apple and they said they could not diagnose the problem and advised me to buy a whole new phone from them. After 3 other places telling me to replace my phone, I took it here. They sent my phone to corporate and they resolved it so quickly, and shortly after a couple days my phone was fixed and good as new!!!
