Fixed my Samsung Note5 today - bottom microphone problem. Fully explained the risks when fixing this part on this particular phone (possible to break the screen). With that I agreed and it was fixed in about 1 hour. The person working on my phone explained the few "paint chips" that occurred when I was checking out. Not an issue at all and I wouldn't have even noticed if he didn't say. Basically very clear communication and I appreciate the quality work.
