I only have good things to say about this place, and thats rare when you are dealing with a phone crisis to be all positive. I shattered my phone screen and went on yelp to see companies right away to get it fixed. They had great ratings and people loved them. People mentioned groupon so that was an easy link and I purchased a far more reasonably priced service. I called them and they were able to get me in within the hour. **If you make an appointment instead of walking in they give you $10 off** Check in was a breeze as it was quick and they were polite and appeared well oiled like a phone fixing factory! I came back at the allotted time (45 min due to busy Saturday) and it was ready for me. Clean and new with no issues. No exchange of money due to the groupon and they told me about the warranty. Unfortunately over the next two days I realized the screen wasn't registering my finger print. I called and they said sometimes screens are defective, apologized, and said it can be a delayed response, bring it in whenever convenient for me. Next time I brought it in it was the same experience...great and quick. They replaced the screen completely and even saved my screen protector I had bought and put it back on for me. Now the screen works perfectly. Dont waste your time and money trying to fix screens by yourself when this is so quick, easy, convenient, and legit. SO SO worth the money. Phone looks brand spanking new. THANKS!
