Went in this morning to have my charge port replaced after having months of issues getting my iPhone 6s to charge. I had tried cleaning it myself but wasn't good enough. Went in expecting to not get my phone back for a few hours but the technician Ray said he hadn't had to replace a charge port for that reason and asked if he could inspect it under his microscope. He cleaned the port and was able to get it to charge. Said to come back in 15 min to be sure it was working. That did the trick. Left just paying for the labor. Appreciate Ray getting the issue identified and resolved so quickly. I'll be sure to mention CPR and Ray to my friends and family. Thank you!
