Wanted to rate four stars, but this looks like a family owned business, so I gave them a bonus star. Had our iPad screen replaced there. They didn't call when it was ready, instead, I called a couple days later and found out it was ready. Got home and discovered not all the buttons worked. Took it back and they replaced (or fixed?) the problem for me. Took a day. Got home and discovered it didn't work again. Took it back and they replaced (or fixed?) the problem for me. Took a day. It's been a few months now and the screen is still working great. I can't complain. The guys were all friendly, and obviously back their product. The repair was half the price Apple wanted to charge. Will do business there again.
