I have an mp3 player that I was afraid would not be repairable, and they no longer make them. I've had it for about 5 years. It was my favorite one ever but it stopped taking a charge. I mailed it to Josh at this store. Long story short, they mailed it back and it has been working great ever since. The repair cost was beyond fair. Thank you, thank you Josh.
