I was offered friendly and very knowledgeable service that actually ended up being faster than I had been told to expect. The super nice man even updated my phone for me and walked me through the steps I’d need to take to get my phones last backup restored back to my phone. I do have a slower battery, as I have read in some other comments, but the new iOS update is to blame, from what I can tell. The whole experience was great and very reasonably priced!
