We were interested in a home for the lower Keys built on a platform. We had cost and availabilty questions after the tour., however, your company expert was not working that day and we were told to expect a call. NO call...... The self guided tour was excellent and we were impressed by the products. However, the follow up, not so good. If we can't be helped, a courtesy call informing us would have been nice. Dissappointing......
