Took my I Pad Air in on 11/16/17 to see if a cracked screen could be repaired. The front counter person was beyond helpful in that all the +/- of the repair were completely explained. A technician also confirmed what I was told. I appreciated the fact that all the things that could happen were explained. I paid an extra $10 and left the I Pad for 2 extra hours as compared to another quote I had received. But, I picked up my I Pad knowing the repair was done correctly and with some value added service that was above and beyond anything required. Do not hesitate to trust your phone or tablet to CPR.
