Great experience. They mean it when they say free diagnostics. Making an appointment online was really easy. They looked at my phone right on time. What I thought would be a battery problem turned out to be a minor issue with a simple fix. They were open and honest about pricing and I was out of there with a working phone in less than 10 minutes. Street parking on Damen can be a pain but that's to be expected. Will definitely go back when the time comes.
