My iPhone 6 suddenly shut down and quit working late on Saturday. The next day I went to the Verizon store where the phone was purchased as a new phone but was now out of warranty. They couldn't help me but called the Apple store at the Galleria in St. Louis for me. Apple Support emailed me step-by-step instructions on how to install the new software upgrade needed for my phone. I went home and tried the software upgrade but it failed twice. I went to CPR Cellphone Repair Monday afternoon and was told I did indeed need a software upgrade for my phone and that it would take about 25 minutes. I went to lunch and came back to find my phone's software upgrade was successful. After worrying for the better part of two days that my phone was now just a paper weight, I felt like I had hit the lottery when I found out it was brought back from the dead and my data was saved. The best part?? CPR Cellphone Repair did not charge me anything for doing the software upgrade on my phone!! I cannot recommend CPR Cellphone Repair enough!! If my phone had died on a weekday I would have gone directly to CPR Cellphone Repair first instead of going to Verizon.
