We were still a bit overwhelmed from dealing with Irma in the Lower Keys,but we're impressed with the display.We are disappointed to learn you are not currently able to do a cape cod style home on stilts to provide us with the raised roof and open loft we had on our previous home.Mike assures us he will contact us if that possibility occurs in the near future. In hindsight ,I wish we had stayed over in the area and returned for more detailed info.Such as probable costs of different floor plans etc..We may set up an appointment to return in January to get a better idea of the process and what we can expect for financial commitment as well.
