Went in for a simple cracked screen, I was quoted a fair price. Poor Nick (the owner) was alone so the wait was a bit longer then usual, but hey at least it's going to get fixed right? To my surprise when I went back he informed me he wasn't happy with the screen he put in it wasn't acting right so he was going to be another 15 minutes or so because he was going to replace it. At first when he said he had to replace the screen my heart dropped thinking he meant the lcd but no he meant just the glass boy was I sweating bullets lol. He came back a few minutes later and went threw a whole check list to make sure everything was perfect and of course it was! While I was there though I saw him interact with another customer and he was so honest with the guy about his repairs and even referred him to go back to Verizon to see about a new phone before he tried fixing the other. If that doesn't make for a trustworthy business owner, to give up a sale for the sake of saving the customer some money and really watching out for the customer, then I don't know what does! I will def be referring anyone who needs repairs, to not just cell phones, right to CPR!
