I’m sick of the attitudes! I understand it’s the holidays, but I don’t deserve the negativity from two employees on the same day. In addition, they have been transferring data from my laptop since 11:30!!! The time is now 4:21. Why not tell me that from the get go! How come when I ask how much longer; they respond with mouth. I don’t need this kinda behavior from anyone. At all. I’m capable of doing this on my own. I thought I was doing myself a favor. Using my time out today... with errands wisely by letting them do it. Yep, no need to return here for me. They don’t seem to want me here anyway. UPDATE After talking to the owner (who is very nice and spoke in a great tone to me) helped me understand what was going on. Thats all I needed was a calm opinion. He gave it to me. I wasn't really upset about the time needed just the tone of responses. I did get my laptop back and it seems perfectly ok. Maybe I will return...... See More
