I thought my old IPod (5th Generation) was about to kick the bucket. This is the only Apple product I own, but it is my lifeline. It holds every cd I have ever owned and more. Ryan was calm and collected. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and it was quite affordable. Not only did he save my beloved IPod (as I freaked out), but my IPod Gift Card Christmas presents as well. I was able to get everything going with a quick wipe, and downloaded from my library everything I had purchased for Christmas. Thank you Ryan for being so awesome!!! I'll be sure to come back again if anything is ever needed.
