Went here after doing a mess of troubleshooting that was recommended both by Apple and other communities, yet it seemed that the problem with my phone was beyond what I was capable of fixing. I took my phone in, they told me that they should have it looked at and fixed within a couple hours, ad I went about my day. An hour and 45 minutes later, I get a call on my home phone saying that my phone is functioning normally and that I can come and pick it up. Evidently there was some issue with the battery not being connected correctly (usually there is a cover that prevents this but my phone was lacking that) and the last bump had just set it out of place. They gave me my phone, waived any charges they could have enacted, and sent me on my way. Needless to say, I am happy and very satisfied.
