My phone kept cycling and was not able to either shut down or come on fully. It was old and I knew needed to be replaced so I got a new phone at T-Mobile on Beechmont. They tried to get the phone stopped so the info could be put on the new phone but were not successful and recommended Cell Phone Repair. CPR was able to get the phone normal and transfer the data. I've already recommended them to friends and gave them the business cards I picked up.
