I needed the glass replaced on my phone, and they were able to do it in such a short amount of time. They did a great job, they were very informative about the whole process. When the tempered glass protection on my phone cracked, they replaced it for free while I waited. And, while I was there, they were able to re-connect the Bluetooth communication between a pair of Sony headphones and my iPhone. No one else I contacted, including Sony, could give me the time of day. I think they are a wonderful resource and will happily spread the word
