Thumbs up to Todd and his crew. I use my phone for work extensively and accidentally broke my screen rushing to get in my car a few days ago. Did some cost evaluations and tried retrieving my files/photos from my Motorola on my own with no luck. Found CPR on Yelp and they looked trustworthy compared to stores in Stockton. I corresponded with Todd for a day or so, set up a time and day where he'd have his techs be aware I was arriving and be waiting for my phone repair. It was worth the 45 minute drive for me. The cost for their parts and labor was reasonable, my phone was done in about a hour, and I was able to get home and retrieve/backup all my files. The best part, I don't have to fins another VZW phone on CL for $150+ or risk buying a new subsidized priced phone from VZW and losing my unlimited data. Big thanks to the guys I spoke to @ CPR the day I went in, and for Todd setting it all up so smoothly. If my phone breaks in a week, I'm still happy with everything. (Warranty included) I can't wait til the Stockton location opens.
